Bates Group Response to COVID-19 (Updated)

The news and impact of COVID-19 continues to evolve, and Bates Group continues to take seriously the health and safety of our employees, consultants, and clients, as well as ensuring uninterrupted operations during the ongoing pandemic.

Bates Lake Oswego Office: The Bates Group Lake Oswego is open to fully vaccinated employees. Our office will generally remain closed to vendors and visitors, unless there is an essential need. All vendors and visitors to the Bates Group office must also be fully vaccinated. Bates Group will limit the number of employees, ensure social distancing, require personal protective equipment as necessary, and adhere to strict cleaning requirements and gathering restrictions.

Travel Restrictions: Fully vaccinated employees are permitted to travel for business purposes consistent with federal, state, or local guidelines.

Remote Work / Telework: Our “remote-first” philosophy allows flexible work arrangements and permits employees to work remotely.

IT: Our IT Department continues to improve infrastructure and security, and the ability to work and collaborate remotely ensures that Bates is able to deliver high-quality services without interruption.

Meetings and Events: Fully vaccinated employees may participate in public events or gatherings upon approval.
