Bates Compliance is proud to be a Silver MemberAlly sponsor of this year’s NSCP National Conference, November 8-10, 2021, at the Gaylord National Hotel in National Harbor, MD. Bates Compliance Managing Director Linda Shirkey will be speaking on Day 1 of the conference on the panel of Session 4a: Financial Forensics (3:30-4:45 p.m.) The panel will address basic accounting with a focus on detecting fraud and undisclosed conflicts of interest. Attendees will learn some simple and effective methods to “follow the money” and view compliance through the lens of financial forensics.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear Managing Director Hank Sanchez in Session 4d: Regulatory Exam Preparation, where the panel will exchange ideas on the most efficient and effective practices for regulatory exam preparation.
