Stephen Glynn is a Bates Consulting Expert who recently established Alpha Wealth Management Consulting to provide consulting services to wealth management firms and personalized coaching services to financial advisers, branch managers, and senior executives in the wealth management industry.
Prior to establishing Alpha Wealth Management Consulting, Stephen spent more than 38 years in the wealth management industry in a variety of senior leadership roles at UBS, Wachovia, and Smith Barney. While at UBS, Stephen was named to the firm’s prestigious Leadership Council in every market he led. He was named co-head of the Leadership Advisory Council in 2017. In 2016, the Downtown Los Angeles branch was named the UBS “Branch of the Year.”
