Matt Summers is responsible for supporting the Managing Director of the Money Service Business Practice Area at Bates Group. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, most extensively in state money transmitter licensing and regulatory affairs. He is a subject matter expert on the National Multi-State Licensing System (NMLS), has a vast knowledge of state compliance and regulatory licensing processes, and has built sound relationships with many state regulatory agencies. Matt also has experience in BSA/AML compliance program development and improvements.
