Kaitlyn Boyajian, CFE

Kaitlyn Boyajian is a Consultant at Bates Group with more than eight years of experience in regulatory compliance and financial examinations. She supports financial services clients with regulatory testing, state examinations, and AML/BSA program evaluations. Prior to Bates, she served as a Financial Examiner II with the New Hampshire Banking Department, where she conducted examinations of money service businesses and collaborated on multi-state reviews. Kaitlyn’s expertise includes BSA/AML, OFAC, and consumer financial regulations, with experience training examiners and leading inter-agency projects.
