Charles “Charlie” Bowden is a Bates Testifying Expert. Following graduation from Lehigh University, Charlie entered the insurance industry as a Group Insurance and Pension Specialist. During the next ten years, he worked in New York City, Orlando, and finally returned to his hometown of Philadelphia. He completed his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1990 and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 1992. His specialties and experience include business continuity planning, using all forms of business life and disability insurance. In addition to his practice in estate and business continuity planning, Charlie is a Qualified Continuing Education Instructor, and assists other licensed insurance professionals to keep current with the ever-changing structure of the insurance and investment marketplace using financial and estate planning strategies. Additionally, Charlie has been asked to use his extensive experience to provide expert testimony in legal matters brought to courts around the country and he is a frequent radio guest. Charlie is a member of the South Jersey Chapter of The Society for Financial Service Professionals, as well as a past member of their Board of Directors. He is licensed to sell insurance in New Jersey as well as several other Northeastern states.
